Traditional upgrade planning involves engaging multiple consultants to perform a high level review of your system - an approach that is typically more art than science. We remove the guesswork by performing an off-site analysis of your configuration, relative to the vanilla baseline, to develop a firm delivery roadmap.
Our Approach
We use our Repository Analysis engine to analyze your repository to identify what is in use, what new objects have been created, what objects have been modified and what objects are vanilla. We then couple this information with our proven upgrade metrics, in the form of a report, to allow you to better understand the proposed scope and the timeline associated with the effort. After the report is completed, we walk through it with you and your staff to determine the final scope. This final scope is then incorporated into our upgrade methodology and the project plan for effective and efficient execution.
